Our handling time for orders is usually 1 business day. If payment is processed before 12:00pm PST your items will usually be shipped the same day.
No, we do not pre-wash any of our fabrics. Our fabrics are cut with great care fresh from the bolt and shipped directly to you to preserve quality.
We cut yardage directly from the bolt and you will usually receive one continuous piece. However we cannot always guarantee this for larger orders. If the fabric ordered cannot be cut in one continuous piece we will contact you prior to shipping.
At this time we are not offering fabric swatches.
Tracking order status and shipping can only be performed by customers who have created accounts with Heart To Heart Fabrics. Guest checkout purchases can not track orders on our website, tracking information will only be received by email. Customers must first be logged in to check the status of their order then by clicking the My Account link at the top of any page in our store. A list of recent orders will then be displayed. Click view order for the order you wish to track. A list of information for the order will be displayed including any tracking information for orders that have been shipped.
